A luxury consumer goods company seeks an experienced Controller to provide strategic and hands-on accounting work. Key responsibilities include managing cash flow, overseeing AP/AR, and leading financial close processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8-10 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $165,000 – $190,000, located in New York.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CPA preferred.
• 8-10 years of related accounting experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow including transfers and funding needs.
• Manage AP/AR, invoice processing, and payroll duties daily.
• Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and accruals.
• Produce financial reports, cash flow statements, dashboards, and KPIs.
