MGT is seeking an experienced Manager, Advisory Solutions Contracting to lead and scale contracting operations. You will partner with leadership to ensure efficient, compliant processes and manage the lifecycle of contracts across advisory solutions.

A JD and several years in contract management plus leadership experience are required. The role offers flexible and remote work options, with opportunities to influence strategic contracting initiatives and drive growth in a dynamic public-sector

Qualifications

• JD required.
• Five+ years of contract management or related experience.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advisory Solutions Contracting, establishing governance, controls, and scalable processes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership and align contracting strategy with business goals.
• Oversee full contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiation, execution, renewals.
• Manage high-volume pipeline of agreements including 1099 and vendor contracts.
• Prioritize requests and maintain service-level timelines.
• Own capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Support strategic initiatives and change management.
