Job summary

Color, the nation's first Virtual Cancer Clinic, is seeking a Director of Consultant Relations - South Central to lead strategic partnerships with benefit consultants in TX, OK, AR, LA, NM. You will own partnership strategy, build 1:1 relationships, and represent Color at industry events.

Collaborate with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical and Product to ensure a seamless partner experience, generate top-of-funnel opportunities, and help close

Qualifications

• Established consultant and firm relationships across the South Central.
• Demonstrated experience in complex commercial partnerships and/or B2B healthcare market.
• Entrepreneurial with ability to create and follow plans while balancing multiple projects.
• Strong project management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic consultant partnership strategy and execution for the South Central territory.
• Present and demo the Color solution to commercial partners at a professional level.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical and Product teams.
• Generate significant top-of-funnel opportunities.
• Assist sales in maturing deals to closure.
