Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and company employees.
• Develop large project and specific area micro schedules.
• Resource load project schedule with manpower and cost information.
• Regular maintenance of project schedules.
• Ensure project documentation is compliant and current, including subcontractor agreements and change orders.
• Update trending and analysis of project schedules.
• Coordinate schedule updates by area within the construction team.
• Develop impacts and multiple scenarios schedules.
• Assist project management in understanding project reporting and procedures.
• Direct overall activities to achieve construction objectives including budgeting, production planning, and staffing.
