Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building commercial general contracting projects.
• Experience with civil, structural steel projects extremely helpful.
• Must be self-directed with strong organizational skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills in regard to cost and pricing.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to determine budget and resource allocation.
• Coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare project status reports and deliver presentations to clients.
• Oversee safety compliance and address technical problems.
• Act as a liaison between on-site staff and corporate headquarters.
