Job summary

Richard Group is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in Oklahoma City to lead day-to-day operations on complex projects within the Operations department.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction, while coordinating with home office and subcontractors to ensure compliant, on-time delivery. The role requires extensive experience in hard-bid general contracting, healthcare and federal projects, and strong leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years' experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
• Experience in federal sector projects.
• Experience in healthcare projects.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.
• Ability to pass a background check and a drug test.
• Willingness to work across all shifts in a hospital construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project start up and close-out processes.
• Lead controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Coordinate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality.
• Plan and organize quality processes, RFIs, change orders and look-ahead schedules.
• Manage contracts, subcontractor compliance, and owner communications.
• Develop and manage P6 schedules with cost/resource loading.
