Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Consignment Program Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for consignment agreements across the Americas. The role owns the end-to-end contract lifecycle from setup to renewals and coordinates with Legal, Customer Service, field Sales, and Finance to ensure compliant execution.

You will manage contract data, templates, and amendments while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
Associate’s degree with equivalent experience considered.
3–6 years of contract administration or commercial operations experience.
Experience coordinating with Legal on contract drafting, review, and approval workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end lifecycle of consignment agreements, including setup, execution, maintenance, amendments, and renewals.
Review terms including inventory obligations, placement conditions, pricing, and termination provisions for compliance.
Enter and maintain contract data in contract management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Vistex).
Track milestones, renewal windows, and termination notice requirements; coordinate with stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and maintain contract templates and documentation in partnership with Legal.
