• Assist in drafting legislative proposals, testimony, briefing papers, talking points, and position papers.
• Prepare responses to Congressional inquiries by gathering background information and coordinating with program offices.
• Attend meetings with Congressional staff and agency officials to obtain information supporting initiatives.
