Responsibilities

• Solicit conference business for Colonial Williamsburg Hotels in assigned markets (DC region and Northeast).
• Maintain and exceed monthly room-night and revenue goals per Sales leadership.
• Prepare and execute creative sales proposals and contracts.
• Negotiate space, dates and rates to maximize profitability and occupancy.
• Develop marketing strategies in line with annual plans and manage target accounts.
