• Experience sourcing and synthesizing high-signal insights while upholding privacy and integrity.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools and prompting AI systems for automation and insights.
• Working knowledge of data-analytics tools and experience managing 1P/3P datasets.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with causal inference and Bayesian methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and help build analytics teams or products.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven market strategy initiatives and influence product direction.
• Onboard and evaluate 3P datasets for signal quality and predictive power.
• Triangulate data from multiple sources into a high-fidelity trend report.
• Apply quasi-experimental designs to isolate effects of market shocks.
• Develop forecasts and translate analyses into actionable business guidance.
• Promote data governance and reproducible analysis practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impact.
