Responsibilities

  • Manage annual merit and bonus cycles, including planning, modeling, and execution.
  • Lead promotion and job movement processes (in-grade and grade progression).
  • Support market adjustments and retention-related compensation actions.
  • Execute compensation transactions and processes within HRIS (Workday preferred).
