Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Better Health Partnership (BHP) leadership in advancing population and community health initiatives across Northeast Ohio. The role involves coordinating multi-sector projects and aligning workplans with executive leadership to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, communications or health-related field.
• Minimum of two years project coordination experience.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and common office tools including Teams, Webex and Zoom.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-faceted activities to advance BHP’s mission across clinical, public health, payer and community sectors.
• Coordinate and monitor projects, partnering with leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop organizational communications, education and marketing strategies including events and newsletters.
• Participate in learning collaboratives and community engagement efforts.
