Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• 5+ years of professional experience involving the comprehension, analysis, interpretation, and communication of complex information.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and present information to leadership and stakeholder audiences and respond effectively to sensitive or complex issues.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze problems, develop recommendations, and coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate communications activities for the Huntsville Strategy Team.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint briefings, presentations, talking points, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Create, review, edit, and coordinate communication products including announcements and reports.
• Establish, maintain, and monitor communication and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Support leadership in messaging frameworks for organizational change and transition initiatives.
