Job summary

RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst III to support federal strategic communications and marketing initiatives by developing digital and print materials, coordinating organizational communications, and managing documentation and deliverables.

The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and compliance with federal records management requirements, with strong writing, design, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years supporting marketing initiatives by creating digital/print materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with adaptable tone.
• Highly detail-focused with strong organizational skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Design, format, edit, and distribute strategic communications materials.
• Coordinate content collection with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop visual content and branding for website updates, email campaigns, digital posters, brochures, flyers, newsletters, and other materials.
• Support newsletters, yearbook, and employee advisory council marketing.
• Coordinate and track deliverables for internal and external requests from TSA, DHS, and other offices.
• Assist with SC program documentation lifecycle and archival processes.
• Create and document SC communications processes, SOPs and templates.
• Develop SC comms project plans and marketing dashboards.
• Maintain the SharePoint repository of final files.
• Monitor shared mailbox and categorize messages for metrics.
