NorthShore University HealthSystem is seeking a Program Manager, Communications in Evanston, IL. This full-time hybrid role leads strategic communications for a high-priority initiative, coordinating digital channels and stakeholder engagement.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategic or corporate communications, strong writing and project management skills, and experience translating complex clinical concepts into clear messaging for physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Communications or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategic communications or corporate communications.
• Experience leading communications for large-scale operational or transformation initiatives.
• Healthcare experience or work in regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communications strategies across digital platforms to drive project goals and align with organizational objectives.
• Lead complex communications from inception to completion with on-time delivery and high quality.
• Create engaging content, including leader talking points, FAQs, and intranet content for physicians and staff.
• Mentor junior team members and partner with leadership to align messaging and brand.
