Role blends high-level planning with hands-on content creation, digital marketing, and stakeholder engagement, coordinating with authors for feature promotion and ensuring a cohesive online presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field; master's degree preferred.
• 6-10 years of progressive experience in strategic communications, digital marketing and public affairs.
• Proven track record in developing social media campaigns that increase subscriptions/readership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outreach strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects tailored to diverse audiences across various media outlets.
• Lead marketing efforts to increase magazine subscriptions and digital readership; coordinate with authors for feature promotion.
• Generate high-quality content, including writing, editing, and graphics for social media, web pages and newsletters.
• Conduct market research and reader surveys to refine outreach strategies using analytics.
