Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in communications, public relations, or community relations.
• Experience in a unionized or labor‑intensive environment is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex operational topics into clear language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies.
• Prepare clear messaging related to workforce initiatives and operational changes.
• Serve as the site’s primary communications lead for external audiences.
• Lead community outreach and engagement efforts.
• Track and report on communication effectiveness.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
