Harvard University Central Administration (CADM) is seeking a Communications & Engagement Specialist to develop and deliver communications that advance Harvard HR programs and priorities. You will work with HHR subject matter experts and stakeholders across HR topics and provide operational support for key communications functions.

The successful candidate will be a strong writer, highly organized, and adept at project management, digital marketing, and editorial judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of communications, marketing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support communications planning and content development for HHR teams across areas such as labor, benefits, career development, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
• Write, edit, and produce content including announcements, newsletters, web content, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and marketing materials.
