XBOW, redefining autonomous offensive cybersecurity, seeks a Director of Corporate Communications to own the narrative around our AI-powered pentester. You will shape how the world sees our mission, technology, and impact—managing media, analysts, and executive thought leadership.

You'll partner with the CEO and leadership team to craft compelling content and ensure consistency across launches, funding milestones, and major company moments, all from a remote US base.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate B2B SaaS communications.
• 5+ years crafting comms for developers and/or CISOs.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, AI, or deep-tech sectors.
• Skilled storyteller translating complex tech for diverse audiences.
• Established journalist/editor relationships with tech/business outlets.
• Experience in executive communications with senior leadership.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy amplifying XBOW's brand, mission, and leadership across channels.
• Oversee media relations with top-tier tech, security, and business press.
• Lead analyst relations to position XBOW as category leader; manage briefings.
• Partner with the CEO for thought leadership content: bylines, submissions, public narratives.
• Lead crisis communications planning and response with speed and credibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align external messaging with launches.
• Establish and track communications KPIs and share insights to inform strategy.
