Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of communications professionals; manage staff, budgets, and communications infrastructure.
• Develop and implement comprehensive multi‑channel communication plans (PR, media relations, digital/social media, TV production, content creation, community engagement).
• Oversee a strategic communications plan with priorities, goals, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure consistent, compelling narratives reflecting the county brand across internal and external platforms; supervise SOPs and policies for communications.
