Tiberius Aerospace is seeking a Head of Communications to define how the world understands our company. This is a strategic, writer‑led role that translates complex defense technology, ambitious founders, and critical programs into a clear, memorable narrative.

You will work directly with the CEO, founders, CMO, engineers, and government teams to shape not only what we say, but when, by whom, and why it matters. The candidate must excel at fast, high‑stakes communication.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience across communications, journalism, technology, defense, government, public affairs, or similarly high‑consequence environment.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats, from executive communications to public narrative.
• Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior executives with strong points of view.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the communications strategy behind Tiberius’s ambition to define the defense industry narrative.
• Translate complex technology and programs into clear, credible external communications.
• Help founders become consequential voices in conversations shaping defense, technology, and national security.
• Develop speeches, essays, interviews, and posts that reflect founder voice and strategic moments.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to translate technical work into compelling communications.
• Lead media relations with journalists across defense, technology, business, policy, and national security.
