Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business.

The role targets profitable growth via customer retention and expansion, and partners with the GM to manage Team Members while directing drivers for timely delivery. The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams to goals.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stocking programs.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
