Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of commercial lines accounts from onboarding to renewals.
• Collaborate with Producers to develop renewal strategies and expand coverage.
• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries on coverage, billing, and policy changes.
• Prepare applications and market new and renewal business to carrier partners.
• Coordinate policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, and document management.
