Job summary

You will lead workshops with payer operations, business users, product owners, and executives, analyze current-state processes, and translate complex regulations into actionable requirements across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Define current-state and future-state COB processes.
• Translate complex requirements into epics, features, and detailed user stories.
• Maintain requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Define MVP scope and release-level business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Coordination of Benefits operations and eligibility workflows.
