Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Platform Architect (Cloud, DevOps & Automation) to lead the design, strategy, and evolution of enterprise platform capabilities. You will modernize infrastructure, drive IaC, CI/CD, SRE, and cloud best practices across the firm.

You will partner with engineering, security, operations, and business technology teams to define standards, drive adoption, and mentor teams on platform engineering.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant experience required.
• Experience in platform engineering, cloud architecture, SRE, or infrastructure engineering preferred.
• Experience with IaC and automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architectures and public cloud environments.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and technology modernization.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise platform architecture roadmap.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and governance models for platform services.
• Provide technical leadership on platform modernization initiatives.
• Design and optimize Azure-based platform services and infrastructure.
• Lead adoption of cloud-native architectures and services.
• Develop and promote Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD deployment strategies.
• Establish reliability, monitoring, logging, and observability standards.
• Mentor engineers and architects on platform engineering best practices.
