Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Cloud Architect to design and implement architecture for small to mid-sized projects in the United States. You will guide technical delivery, review designs, and provide expertise across project teams.

The role emphasizes architecture definition, performance optimization, and collaboration with stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms, security, and governance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Domain/ industry knowledge to understand business requirements and scope POCs.
• Apply technology knowledge to analyze client requirements and existing tech.
• Provide inputs on architecture and guide developers in implementation.
• Offer low-level design guidance under senior architect supervision.
• Support project governance, estimation, and resource planning activities.
• Contribute to knowledge management, reusable architectures, and templates.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for small to mid-sized projects and design framework.
• Present detailed designs to stakeholders and seek feedback.
• Lead POC activities to validate feasibility under guidance.
• Implement optimized solutions and resolve performance issues.
• Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Support project managers with technical risk assessment and mitigation.
