Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited clinical psychology program.
  • APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship/residency completed.
  • Active U.S. license in clinical psychology in good standing.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA in graduate school.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Expertise in psychological assessment and diagnosis.
  • Experience briefing stakeholders and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Willingness to travel and live abroad; ability to join CIA.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, interventions, consultations, and training for CIA officers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and produce comprehensive reports.
  • Brief stakeholders on results and recommendations.
  • Flexibly assume clinical and operational roles across assignments.
