Job summary

Foundation Medicine, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Clinical Program Lead to provide operational support for clinical trials sponsored by BioPharma partners, Academic partners, and FMI led trials.

You will manage a portfolio of studies from intake to final deliverables and contribute to the design of partner and FMI sponsored research. You will lead start-up activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure sample handling and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field required.
• 4+ years of Clinical Operations experience in a professional life sciences environment.
• Preferred Master's degree and 5+ years in biopharmaceutical or diagnostic industry or academic center.
• Experience with study start-up, budgeting, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Clinical Operations in governance sub-committees.
• Lead study planning and start-up activities with partners.
• Manage study timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with data management and laboratory teams to deliver quality data.
• Provide program updates to FMI leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.
