Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Client Servicing Associate within its Strategic and Large Asset Management (SLAM) division. You will manage day-to-day relationships across complex portfolios, multi-entity structures, and bespoke reporting, partnering with clients in asset management and insurance.

You will use Clearwater’s platform including PRISM, Enhanced Statements, Income Forecast Tool, and BOS workflows, while leveraging AI-enabled tooling to streamline processing and drive scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); Salesforce experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AI applications and Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries across accounting, reporting, reconciliation, platform usage, and operational workflows.
• Manage day-to-day servicing across multiple client entities with strong execution and communication.
• Investigate and resolve issues using Clearwater tooling.
• Perform account setup, month-end lockdowns, reconciliations, and data validation.
• Navigate multi-custodian/portfolio/currency environments with focus on data quality.
• Support onboarding, transitions, custom reporting, and process improvements.
• Identify trends and product gaps; contribute to documentation and scalable best practices.
