Responsibilities

• Own the priority-setting and tracking process with OKRs and cross-functional initiatives
• Prepare for, manage, and follow up on leadership meetings to drive decisions
• Identify dependencies and resource gaps; help re-prioritize with the business
• Lead special cross-functional initiatives from scoping through launch and implementation
