Qualifications

• 10+ years in Chief of Staff or senior governance roles in founder-led or fast-growth settings.
• Exceptional organization, time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; capable of international collaboration.
• Comfort with AI tools and rapid adoption of new technologies.
• Ability to connect strategy with sales, marketing, product, and tech.
• Proven leadership of executive support teams and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar and travel plan.
• Prepare meeting briefings, materials, agendas, daily reports, and follow-ups.
• Proactively maintain and enrich CRM with key contacts.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and calendar activities.
• Lead and develop the executive support team for higher standards.
• Own day-to-day administrative operations and project support.
• Assist with strategic initiatives for the Founder & Executive Chair.
• Capture insights and convert them into prioritized initiatives with clear owners.
• Draft communications including emails, presentations, speeches, and transcripts.
• Coordinate with home and personal staff; maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Leverage AI to create an operating system for meetings, knowledge capture, and decision tracking.
