A leading power technology firm in Washington, D.C. seeks a Chief of Staff to support the CEO and drive operational excellence. The role involves managing special projects, supporting business development, and requires 5–8 years of experience in defense, space, or hardware sectors. Candidates should be skilled in strategic thinking and execution, with strong communication abilities. The compensation is between $150,000-180,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years relevant experience in growth-stage startup environment.
• Experience engaging with government customers.
• Ability to independently scope ambiguous problems and produce executive-ready outputs.

Responsabilités

• Drive clarity and execution on priorities in support of CEO.
• Build and run internal operating rhythm and leadership meetings.
• Lead special projects from zero-to-one.
• Support investor relations and capital readiness.
