Job summary

The Chief of Staff translates priorities into coordinated action, manages the Head’s calendar, and leads cross-departmental initiatives while supporting governance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in a chief of staff or comparable strategic role.
• Experience working with senior executives and boards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Discretion and sound judgment handling sensitive information.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Head of School on priorities, decisions, and communications.
• Manage the Head’s agenda and calendar with top priorities.
• Prepare briefing materials and talking points for high-stakes meetings.
• Anticipate issues and provide options to respond.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for board/committee meetings and keep records.
