Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northwest seeks a Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) to lead nursing practice, patient care delivery, and professional standards across the medical center. Qualifications

  • Minimum seven (7) years of progressive experience in clinical, management and leadership roles within hospital operations.
  • Academic degree in nursing required (Bachelors or Masters degree).
  • Masters degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Certified Nurse Manager and Leader Certification or equivalent within 12 months of hire.
  • Registered Nurse License (Oregon).

  • Leads to achieve organizational goals with a climate of trust.
  • Provides executive-level communication to internal and external audiences.
