Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit function and advise senior leadership on governance, risk management, controls, and compliance.
• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan addressing key organizational risks.
• Communicate significant findings to the Audit Committee, Board of Directors, and executive leadership to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
