Job summary

StraitSys Inc. is seeking experienced professionals to join our team serving the FBI's Finance and Facilities Division in Huntsville, Alabama. You will help coordinate realignment of FBI resources under the Strategic Realignment Initiative and support change management across divisions.

Candidates must have five+ years as a business analyst, strong document analysis, and the ability to communicate with senior officials. A Top Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and 5+ years of business analyst experience.
• Five (5) years or more experience to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
• Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop communication products including presentations, briefings, executive messaging, newsletters, and reports.
• Oversee internal and external communications efforts supporting workforce transitions.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement activities and ensure consistent, effective communication across multiple audiences.
• Oversee public relations and outreach activities to promote organizational priorities and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
