The New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance, accounting, budgeting, and debt-financing functions. Reporting to the Executive Director, the CFO will set financial strategy and oversee open-end indenture structures for bond-financed programs.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting per GASB standards.
• Public finance expertise with debt issuance and post-issuance administration.
• Strong executive leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial/data systems.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Planning & Program Development: lead financial objectives and policy SOPs; develop financing strategies.
• Accounting: oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and transition to modern systems.
• Public Finance: manage Water/Transportation Bank financing programs and indentures.
• Budgeting: run annual budget process and quarterly reporting to Legislature and stakeholders.
• Investments & Cash Management: oversee cash, investments, and liquidity forecasts.
• Employee Management: direct the Accounting and Finance team and successor planning.
