Job summary

Midland Country Club seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial and administrative functions, reporting to the GM/COO and Board. This hands-on executive will oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, audits, tax, and capital planning while partnering with department leaders to optimize performance and protect assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in private club, luxury hospitality or service-intensive environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting and capital planning knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to present to a Board and senior governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Advise GM/COO and Board on financial position, performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes with clear calendars and materials.
• Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial models.
