Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Global Banking CFO Associate (Business Management) in New York. You will partner with senior leaders to support the CFO’s Business Manager and GB F&BM Leadership, driving strategic priorities and providing data-driven insights to improve decisions.

You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, draft executive communications, and enable adoption of AI and technology across the organization, fostering accountability and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with senior executives and cross-functional teams is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams; CRM systems and AI tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of strategic priorities and initiatives across Global Banking.
• Coordinate and contribute to executive deliverables, including business reviews and management updates.
• Act as a liaison between GB F&BM leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Draft executive communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Improve operational processes and drive accountability across teams.
• Communicate and execute organizational priorities across GB F&BM.
• Lead special projects in partnership with the GB CFO.
• Enable adoption of AI, tools, and technology across GB F&BM.
• Plan and organize key meetings and travel agendas for the GB CFO.
• Optimize engagement with GB F&BM team and critical partners.
