Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in purchasing, payroll, cash management, treasury, financial planning and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages Finance and Administrative Services divisions to achieve goals.
• Advises the CEO by planning and implementing programs, budgets and practices.
• Oversees accounting system to meet needs of lenders and the Board.
• Oversees treasury management for cost efficiency and risk control.
• Oversees payroll, purchasing and stores, and member billing functions.
• Promotes safety and ensures compliance with regulations.
