Duvera Consulting LLC in Houston seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations for a multi-office law firm across six offices. The role reports to the COO and partners with the CEO to guide profitability, growth initiatives, and long-range planning.

The CFO will head a finance team, ensure GAAP compliance, manage auditing relations, and drive performance metrics, cost controls, and process improvements across all offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA designation (active/inactive) preferred for senior leadership.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on firm performance and strategic initiatives.
• Lead development and execution of the firm’s financial strategy and annual budgeting.
• Deliver financial insights, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership and partners.
• Provide financial analysis for expansion, lateral hiring, and long-range planning.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes to support growth.
