The CFO will partner with the CEO, Board and senior leaders while guiding the broader finance organization and shaping the next growth phase.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership in a publicly traded organization
• Prior CFO experience is valuable in a complex global business

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
• Manage SEC reporting, public-company governance, and internal controls.
• Direct capital allocation, liquidity management, and balance sheet strategy.
• Lead strategic planning and long-range financial forecasting.
• Coordinate board and investor-facing financial communications.
• Oversee operational and manufacturing finance.
• Build and lead a high-performing global finance organization.
• Drive continual improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.
