Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/financial management experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
• MBA, MPA or CPA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and audits.
• Oversee grant tracking, compliance and internal controls.
• Direct day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Strengthen policies, evaluate systems and analytics for decision support.
• Partner with CEO/Board to guide strategy and resource allocation.
