Job summary

H. T. PROF Group seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and planning for a nonprofit education organization with a $75M+ budget. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive financial performance, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.

The role oversees accounting teams, audits, and regulatory compliance, while enhancing financial systems, forecasts, and partnerships with banks and funders.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Business Management, Finance or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• CPA preferred
• Minimum five years (10+ years preferred) of CFO-level experience in a nonprofit/education setting with budget $75M+.

Responsibilities

• Develops forward-looking, predictive models and analytical reports for operations and plans.
• Oversees monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and audits.
• Maintains relationships with board, CEO, leaders and employees.
• Oversees compliance with all contracts, grants, and regulatory requirements.
• Directs cash flow planning, investments, and banking relationships.
• Represents organization to financial partners and funders.
