Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Oversee accounting, HR, risk, legal and tax functions; ensure controls.
• Direct due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures; negotiate deals.
• Manage long-term real estate leases and banking relationships.
• Build aviation industry partnerships and strategic growth initiatives.
