Job summary

LOPA, based in Covington, Louisiana, seeks a Chief Financial Officer to shape long-term financial strategy and organizational resilience. The role leads Finance, IT, and Facilities, ensuring these areas enable mission impact and sustainable growth. You will advise the CEO and Board, manage risk, and drive policy and capital planning.

The CFO collaborates with executives to optimize resources, enhance performance, and uphold governance across a complex nonprofit healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience including executive oversight of finance and related operational domains.
• Expertise in financial strategy, multi-year modeling, budgeting, treasury management, capital planning, and financial reporting.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, policy development, and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or nonprofit financial environments and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term enterprise strategy and financial planning.
• Oversee Finance, IT, and Facilities operations with accountability and governance.
