Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, CFO Advisory, CAAS, public accounting, or consulting roles
• CPA or Master’s degree (MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance) required
• Experience with growing, middle‑market, founder‑led, or PE-backed organizations preferred
• Strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and finance operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, business owners, and executive leadership on finance, accounting, and operational matters
• Assess finance and accounting functions to identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, controls, and overall business performance
• Provide hands‑on financial leadership support, including interim finance leadership roles when needed
• Lead client engagements involving financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, process improvement, and finance transformation initiatives
• Partner with client teams to develop practical solutions and drive implementation
• Support clients through growth periods, system implementations, financing events, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives
• Develop meaningful reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve decision-making and visibility
• Manage client relationships, engagement timelines, and deliverables as day‑to‑day contact
• Mentor and develop consultants and senior associates in a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to practice growth through exceptional client service and new opportunities
