Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement, supply chain, contract management, or operations experience.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations and global contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex category within Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and Facility Management.
• Achieve cost savings through bidding and negotiations; drive long-term value.
• Obtain market intelligence, analyze category data to drive procurement strategies.
• Lead supplier selection across sub-categories, internal teams, and regions.
• Develop supplier scorecards and track performance.
• Lead business reviews to improve supplier partnerships.
• Innovate procurement processes to support the lifecycle.
• Support contracting, SRM, and post-execution management.
