Woodward Inc. seeks a Category Manager 2 to lead market analysis, category strategy, and supplier alignment across multiple sites in the US. You will manage ASL, drive profitability, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver competitive pricing and value.

In this hybrid role, you’ll partner with finance, sourcing, and operations to optimize the supplier base, monitor category performance, and create strategic initiatives that support Woodward’s energy control solutions.

Qualifications

• Market research to identify opportunities and threats within categories.
• Develop and implement long-term category strategies and supplier alignment.
• Manage project pipeline and maturation to support category strategy and lifecycle.
• Approve and manage supplier lists; align suppliers into strategic sub-categories.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial performance for categories.
