Job summary

As a strategic partner to Operations, Finance, Sales, and Risk, you’ll drive negotiations, governance, and supplier performance programs, ensuring alignment with project priorities across construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equal experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and execution of category strategies for complex or high-impact spend areas.
• Conducts advanced spend, market, and supplier analyses to identify consolidation opportunities.
• Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing events, including bid strategy, stakeholder alignment, and negotiations.
• Structures and manages MSAs and supplier programs with service, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Establishes category governance and supplier performance routines with scorecards and reviews.
• Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Risk to drive program adoption and issue resolution.
• Develops and delivers category performance reporting detailing financial impact and supplier compliance.
